Our incredible ingredients are key to the things we make. We never, ever compromise on quality.
The ingredients that reach our kitchen must be in tip-top condition, and as whole as possible - meaning real, unrefined and packed full of nutrients. They must also be necessary, so we can keep our ingredient lists as short as possible without any need for extras and fillers.
HOW WE MAKE OUR DESSERTS
Our delicious desserts are handmade in small batches in our lovely purpose-built vegan kitchen in Cambridge.
We’re passionate about our desserts and their integrity; we buy the highest quality ingredients and treat them with care to ensure their flavour and nutrition is locked in. We never add any nasties (like artificial vitamins or minerals) to try and make our range sound better, and instead prefer to let the natural goodness of our ingredients shine through.
Immediately after our desserts are made, they’re blast frozen to lock in the valuable nutrients, and to give them a longer shelf life without having to use preservatives, emulsifiers or stabilisers.
